Visitors are required to make an appointment with the registrar, Sylvie Dumont, before arrival.
If you are traveling from abroad, even if you are not tested at the airport, we would prefer that you do not visit our offices for at least 7 days.
Visiting hours are 9:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. until further notice.
When you arrive at the Agora, please use anti bacterial gel as soon as you arrive and then fill in the visitor log (small table by the entrance door) and record your temperature. If you have an elevated temperature over 37.5C then you will not be permitted to use our facilities.
Be aware that, because of social distancing required in our offices and workspaces, we must limit the number of visitors that we can accept. We will try to accommodate your schedule as best as we can but there may be limitations and you may not be able to come every day.
In the premises of the Agora, please practice social distancing and wear a mask when engaging with a staff member. Although masks are not obligatory in your working space they are strongly recommended as are the use of gloves. (Gloves and masks can be purchased at pharmacies)
Anti bacterial gel is available in every room. Please use it before touching common appliances, such as the coffee thermos or the refrigerator, and also before using the photocopy machine/printers or taking the elevator.
Please bring and use your own computer, you of course can ask for the password to join the wireless network and access our databases.
