Most of the mold for the top of the lamp, (edges broken) is preserved.
It shows a plain, slightly sunken top, bordered by a groove, and a side lug.

The tip of the nozzle broken away, partly at least in antiquity, for it is heavily blackened. Minor chips; otherwise intact.

High ring base, slightly convex side wall. No handle. Round body, short nozzle, collar inside over hole in bottom.
