Bowl (b) and lid (a) each mended from fourteen fragments, lid partly restored; burned.

Rounded bottom meets nearly vertical wall at angle. Outturned rim, interior concave to receive lid. Lid has broad, low knob, deeply concave on top, with groove around edge; groove at top of wall, around knob. Hard, reddish yellow fabric (5YR 6/6) with very little mica; thin, dull brown glaze inside, to rim.
