Parts of body and part of one handle restored.

Flaring ring foot, concave to outside; rounded resting surface; nippled underside. Fairly steep lower wall curves into upper wall.

Slightly incurved rim. Ivy-leaf thumb rests. Opposing olive garland with single ribbons at ends. Gritty black glaze with iridescent sheen. Poorly made.

Shape very close to the larger 199 from the same context.
