Roughly rectangular, measuring 1.70m by 1.40m, and was cut down to within 0.65m. by the construction of the Square Building. A rectangular cutting ... Early Myc. IIIA ... A rectangular cutting at the northwest corner may have been the entrance, although this cutting may be later; the southwest corner of the chamber appeared to have been unfinished.

It was discovered about 20m to the west of Pier 15 of the Stoa of Attalos and almost in a line and a few meters south of Tomb XX. although the entire upper part had been cut away in Classical times, leaving only the lowest o.50 to 0.80m., and a Classical pit had cut away the northwest corner of the chamber, the burials were remarkably undisturbed and the chamber could be planned and measures. the dromos opening to the northeast, was short and steep and irregularly cut. it was 0.70m wide and was preserved to a length of 1.50m; a few stones of the blocking wall of the doorway remained.
... In the southwest corner were the remains of a swept-up skeleton, and beneath this a shallow pit with swept-up bones and pots from still earlier burials. With each burial were found some offerings, but most of the pottery came from the pit and the swept-aside skeleton in the southwest corner. |

Neat, rectangular, unlined trench, cut into bedrock to a preserved depth of 0.20m,below the level ... Early Geometric I ... Oriented southwest-northeast, the tomb measured about 1m long and 0.40m wide. ... The cranium was at a slightly lower level in the tomb than the feet; the upper part of the skull of the deceased was found near the south corner of the tomb, the jaw bone closer to the east corner. In addition to the shells, the skeleton of an animal, identified in the field as "probably a piglet", was placed to the left of the skeleton, along the central part of the southwest side of the tomb pit.
