Broken on all sides except top, part of which is preserved. The ring is also preserved.

Chips out of body and end of handle.
High, straight-sided body. Wide molding around filling hole. Usual nozzle, chipped but used after chipping. No handle. Normal base.

Medallion: broken away; surrounded by triangular groups of fronds.

Part of the forehead and the right eye, and the center of an elaborate headdress preserved.
Mould-made, hollow. Traces of red paint on the headdress.
